Med Lindeman Vacation
Our Australian village of Lindeman Island is set amid national parkland,
on Lindeman Island itself, a half hour boat ride from Hamilton Island
in the Whitsunday Islands off the north east coast of Queensland.
An ideal destination for nature lovers, Lindeman Island offers nature
walks to discover the local flora and exotic birds such as kookaburras,
lorikeets and parrots. The rooms are comfortable and most have a terrace
offering a spectacular ocean view. Golf enthusiasts will enjoy the
9-hole golf course, the putting green and driving range and other
land sports include tennis, rugby and badminton. Windsurfing, sailing
and snorkeling are organized from the beach. Children are welcome
from age 2 at the Petit and Mini Club Med. Excursions include the
Great Barrier Reef by hydroplane, White haven beach and the Whitsunday
